Secure Innovations is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team!  The ideal candidate will have prior experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidates within the Intelligence Community (IC) and be responsible for obtaining a working knowledge of SI’s programs and their relative opportunities.  Using a variety of recruiting sources, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for posting openings, sourcing resumes from internal and external websites/resources, and utilizing social media to aid in conducting the day-to-day recruiting and placement of highly technical candidates with high-level security clearances.
  • Provide weekly recruiting status reports to management.
  • Complete government required resume templates for potential hires
  • Collaborate with recruiting team to successfully identify and capture qualified candidates in a highly competitive environment.  Source and review resumes for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews for current openings and build relationships with candidates for networking and future recruiting needs
  • Support onboarding by coordinating with HR, Security and Program Managers.
  • Ensure candidate retention by actively staying in touch with them during the interview and hiring process.
  • Maintain an active role in obtaining referrals and re-activating candidates when appropriate positions come available.
  • The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of recruitment experience supporting DoD and Intelligence Community clients.
  • Must be motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience using web-based recruiting tools including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while providing a high level of customer service to hiring managers and candidates.
